Decent, but not great

I have been on the lookout for a titanium scalpel handle for personal use. I purchased on from a competitor and saw Titaner made one as well. When I received the Titaner unit, I was disappointed that even with the screw, there was wiggle and rattle while in use. I also purchased a tritium vial to place in the handle. While that is a separate interview, the images versus what was received were different. The vial sits in the slot with large gaps all around. They kindly provide some UV resin so you can glue it in, but I was under the impression the vial would fit snugly.

We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with your titanium scalpel handle. The slight wiggle you mentioned is due to the design allowing for the blade to be inserted, which requires a small gap. This gap also ensures compatibility with a variety of blades, as there can be slight variations in precision across different manufacturers or even different batches from the same manufacturer. While a gap can lead to minor wobbling, it should not impact the normal function of the scalpel.
