The Ti Folding Knife is precisely assembled from over 30 independent components. Each part, no matter how small, is made from high-spec materials (such as GR5 titanium alloy, as you may know) and undergoes comprehensive precision CNC machining. This results in significantly higher material costs and longer production times.

No Compromise on Detailing:

In pursuit of the ultimate grip feel and visual beauty, we have meticulously CNC chamfered the edges of almost all metal parts. Friends who are familiar with metal processing may understand that using CNC to chamfer so many small parts on multiple sides is a very time-consuming and costly process. This is a detail that many products would selectively abandon to control costs, but we believe it is necessary to achieve the quality of an “heirloom.”

Reinforcement for “Century-Long Use”

You might not have noticed the small shims, but to ensure their smoothness and durability under long-term, high-intensity use, we have adopted an extremely complex process: they are first precision-machined by CNC, then professionally heat-treated (to achieve the best hardness and toughness), and then precision-machined by CNC again to ensure the final perfect accuracy. All these “troubles” are just to support our solemn promise of “century-long use.”
