Operating Instructions

1. Meet the Core: The 4° Micro-Ratchet

The outer shell is crafted from GR5 titanium alloy, while the internal engagement teeth are made of M333 steel for strength. Thanks to the patented dual-lock gear mechanism, it requires only a 4° extreme swing angle to achieve one effective engagement. In extremely tight spaces like corners, under chassis, or behind furniture, a slight swing will produce a crisp "click."

2. Flip to Reverse

We have eliminated the traditional, easily damaged directional lever. To reverse direction, simply flip the core over. Both sides are CNC-engraved with clear directional indicators: one side locks clockwise, the other releases counter-clockwise. With the standard finish, the gold screw side locks clockwise, and the gray screw side releases counter-clockwise, ensuring quick identification in any light.

3. Swap the Bits

The core features a universal 6.35mm 1/4" interface, compatible with most standard bits on the market. The S2 steel bits are magnetized. Align and insert for automatic magnetic locking; to change, simply pull out and replace.

4. Modular Configurations

With the extension rods, you can freely assemble various configurations:

● I-Type

Connect an extension rod to the core's port to form a straight configuration, ideal for spaces with greater depth or smaller openings.

● L-Type

Connect a long rod to one side of the core and a short rod to the bottom to form a right-angle configuration. Using the long rod as the spinner provides faster operation; swapping them grants greater torque, suitable for scenarios with obstacles to the side.

● T-Type

Connect an extension rod to both the left and right sides of the core to form a T-type configuration. This setup transmits higher torque through dual leverage, suitable for high-resistance fasteners.

5. Gyro-Stabilizer Cap

Attach the Gyro-Stabilizer Cap to the top of the core. Its free-spinning nature under palm pressure separates "vertical downforce" from "rotational torque." This effectively prevents bit cam-out, making it ideal for operations requiring significant downward pressure.

6. Vault as Handle: Pro Max Mode

The included aluminum alloy Vault is not just for storage—it's the core's "power exoskeleton." Its hard-anodized surface enhances scratch resistance. Note: Slight color variation may occur due to process limitations.

Insert the core into the Vault, and it transforms into a full-size handle, offering a larger grip area for scenarios demanding high torque output.

💡 Pro Tip

For precision torque scenarios like circuit boards, plastic threads, or models, the ratchet's high torque could damage delicate screws. In such cases, use the core's side port for linear force feedback, allowing you to stop precisely at the optimal tightness and avoid over-torquing.

Maintenance & Care

  • GR5 Titanium Core & Rods

Offers excellent corrosion resistance. For daily fingerprints or dust, gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth to restore the luster. Avoid direct scraping against hard, abrasive materials like sand or knives.

  • S2 Steel Bits

Hardness up to HRC 60±, and magnetized. Note: Steel may rust in prolonged damp environments. After each use, wipe bits clean with a dry cloth and ensure they are dry before storing. For long-term storage, apply a tiny amount of anti-rust oil.

  • Vault - Aluminum Alloy

Clean with a damp cloth; avoid steel wool or abrasive sponges. Keep the internal reverse-magnetic structure clean.

  • Core Mechanism

Precisely calibrated before leaving factory; no daily additional lubrication needed. DO NOT disassemble the internal mechanism.

  • General

Do not submerge the tool set in water or expose it to dampness for extended periods. If wet, dry promptly with a cloth and air dry in a ventilated area.

Safety Warnings

  • Use Appropriate Force

This system can output high torque. Choose the appropriate configuration based on the fastener. Excessive torque on delicate plastic threads or small precision screws can cause stripping or irreversible over-tightening.

  • Beware of Projectiles

When applying high torque, ensure the bit is fully seated in the screw head to prevent sudden slippage and potential injury.

  • Keep Away from Children

This product contains small precision parts) and strong magnets. It is NOT a toy. Store securely out of children's reach to prevent ingestion or pinching. Ingesting multiple magnets is especially dangerous.

  • Handling Small Parts

When changing bits or organizing, work on a clean, flat surface to prevent small parts from launching or getting lost.

Lifetime Warranty

Upholding superlative manufacturing and the pursuit of ultimate quality, Titaner provides alifetime warranty for the core mechanical structure. Under normal use and absent intentional damage, we will provide professional repair or replacement for functional failures of the core ratchet mechanism.

Warranty Exclusions

To protect your rights and clarify service boundaries, the following are excluded from the lifetime warranty and free repair:

  1. Improper Use

Damage from over-torquing, unauthorized disassembly/modification, or use outside designed purposes. This is a micro-ratchet. Damage from brutal stress tests is excluded. Deformation of accessories like rods or the Gyro-Cap from excessive force is also excluded.

  2. Rust from Improper Care

Rust on S2 steel bits or components from prolonged exposure to dampness without proper drying and care.

  3. Normal Wear & Tear

Normal surface scratches, dents, or polish from daily use are considered normal wear and do not affect function.
