Operating Instructions

Multi-Function Safety Push Knife

This product is a multi-function safety push knife featuring a full titanium frame (TC4 titanium alloy) that confines the blade within a safe zone, equipped with a ceramic ball bearing guide lock, and offers two-step adjustable blade deployment depth.

1. Blade Deployment

• By default, the locking pin remains raised, securely holding the blade in place.

• Press the ceramic ball, push the blade forward past the locking pin, then release the ceramic ball.

• Continue pushing the blade until it aligns with the notch — a click confirms it is locked.

2. Blade Retraction

• Same operation as deployment, but in reverse direction.

3. Blade Replacement

• If required for travel, the blade can be removed and only the handle retained to comply with applicable restrictions.

4. Multi-Function Use

• This tool can be used for: opening packages, peeling fruit, cutting rope, bottle opener, nail puller, flathead screwdriver, emergency pry bar, and more. When using non-blade functions, apply force along the direction of intended use and avoid lateral bending or prying.

5. Tritium Vial Slots (DIY Optional)

• This product features 8 tritium vial slots, compatible with optional 1.5×6 mm glow tritium vials (not included). Installation of tritium vials must comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region.

  
  

Maintenance & Care

• Titanium Alloy Frame (TC4 Titanium Alloy, Fine Stonewash Finish)

For daily care, simply wipe with a soft dry cloth. Surface oil stains can be cleaned with a slightly damp soft cloth, then wiped dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as they may damage the stonewash texture.

• Blade

The blade is a consumable component subject to wear and dulling. After use, promptly remove adhesive residue and debris from the cutting edge, wipe dry, and avoid storing in humid conditions to prevent rust. Replace the blade when it becomes dull.

• Guide Lock and Ceramic Ball Mechanism

Prevent foreign objects such as sand, paper scraps, or other debris from entering the guide rail and locking mechanism. If sliding becomes rough or the lock fails to engage properly, first clear any debris. The guide rail features relief grooves to minimize direct friction between the blade and the frame — do not fill or forcibly modify these grooves.

Safety Warnings

⚠️The blade is sharp. Keep your fingers away from the blade path during deployment, replacement, and use to avoid cuts.

⚠️Before each use, confirm that the blade is fully locked in place. After use, retract the blade promptly to prevent accidental injury from an exposed edge.

⚠️When replacing the blade, follow the specified steps to prevent the blade from accidentally ejecting and causing injury. Wrap used blades securely before disposal.

⚠️This product contains a sharp blade. Carriage and transport must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of your region regarding knives. When traveling by air or in similar situations, you may remove the blade and retain only the handle.

⚠️Do not exceed the designed strength limits when using non-blade functions, to avoid deforming or damaging the frame.

⚠️Keep this product out of reach of children.

Lifetime Warranty

The TC4 titanium body structure of this product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The following are not covered:

1. Refills are consumables and are not covered.

2. Normal wear of the ceramic bead under standard emergency use is warrantied. Abnormal spinner behavior caused by repeated striking, destructive testing, or use beyond intended design is not covered.

3. Deformation of the pen body, bolt-action failure, or ceramic bearing damage resulting from excessive prying, impact, or drops beyond design limits.

4. Oxidation discoloration of phosphor bronze components is a natural material property and is not considered a defect.

5. Damage caused by user-installed tritium vials or modifications.

6. Minor scratches from normal use that do not affect functionality.
