Operating Instructions

Folding Card Holder – CNC Machined from Solid Titanium Alloy (TC4)

This product is a folding card holder CNC-machined from a single block of titanium alloy (TC4), featuring a 360° folding structure with a shell thickness of approximately 10 mm. Available in two versions: Standard Edition and Card-Only Edition.

1. Opening & Closing

Magnets are embedded in the ends of the upper and lower shells. When closed, they automatically snap together with an audible click, ensuring a secure and wobble-free closure. To open, simply flip the two sides apart.

2. Card Storage

• Card-Only Edition: No card slots or hidden tool compartment. Holds 1–8 cards.

• Standard Edition: Features a dedicated card area (holds 1–4 cards), plus 2× TF card slots, 1× SD card slot, and 3× SIM card slots.

• A step of approximately 0.2 mm (relief design) is provided in the middle and on both sides of the card compartment, allowing cards to sit slightly "raised" for reduced friction and smoother removal.

• Rubber posts are added on both sides of the three-point retaining walls to prevent cards from slipping or shifting.

When storing cards with embossed numbers or characters (such as bank cards or ID cards), it is recommended to place the embossed side facing the bottom of the card holder to avoid contact with other cards and protect the embossing from wear.

3. SIM Eject Tool & Lanyard Hole

The Standard Edition includes a built-in SIM eject tool, secured by a micro spring and positioning slot to prevent movement. The tail of the eject tool is perforated and can also serve as a lanyard hole.

4. Pentagonal Multi-Tool (Emergency)

The Standard Edition comes with a 440C steel pentagonal multi-tool, integrating the following specifications: Flathead screwdriver 3 mm / 5 mm, Phillips screwdriver 00-0 / 1-2, and Spanner screwdriver U2.6. This tool is intended for emergency temporary use only and is not a substitute for professional tools.

5. Surgical Scalpel Blade (Standard Edition)

The tool compartment of the Standard Edition can accommodate a No. 11 surgical scalpel blade for emergency scenarios such as opening packages or cutting.

Maintenance & Care

• Titanium Alloy Shell (TC4 Titanium Alloy)

For daily care, simply wipe with a soft dry cloth. This product features various surface finishes including titanium sandblasted, titanium stonewashed, and aluminum sandblasted (on certain components). The titanium stonewashed finish is a distressed texture treatment — minor marks that develop during use are inherent to this finish. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool, as they may damage the surface texture.

• Hinge & Magnetic Closure

Keep foreign objects such as sand grit and fibers away from the hinge and magnetic contact surfaces. The magnet faces tend to attract fine metal particles — clean them periodically to maintain smooth closure feel and secure latching.

• SIM Eject Tool, Pentagonal Multi-Tool & Blade

If exposed to moisture, wipe dry promptly to prevent rust. The surgical scalpel blade is a component prone to dulling and corrosion — clean and store it dry after use, and replace it promptly when it becomes dull.

Safety Warnings

⚠️This product contains magnets in its closed structure. Keep it away from implantable or portable medical electronic devices such as pacemakers and hearing aids. Also keep it away from items sensitive to magnetic fields, such as mechanical watches and hard drives.

⚠️Titanium naturally possesses certain RFID shielding properties. For normal card swiping or sensing, please remove the corresponding card from the holder before use.

⚠️The pentagonal multi-tool and surgical scalpel blade have sharp or pointed edges. Exercise caution when handling to avoid cuts or punctures. Store the scalpel blade securely and wrap it properly before disposal after use.

⚠️The SIM eject tool, pentagonal multi-tool, and blade are small components. Keep them out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or injury.

Lifetime Warranty

The TC4 titanium alloy shell/main body of this product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions (excluding certain components and parts).

The following are not covered by this warranty:

1. Surgical scalpel blades are consumable items — dulling, corrosion, and wear are not covered.

2. Deformation of the shell, or damage to the hinge or magnetic closure caused by dropping, crushing, or bending beyond the designed strength limits — these are considered misuse and are not covered.

3. Degradation of magnetic strength resulting from prolonged exposure to high-temperature environments.

4. Natural wear, texture changes, and color variations of surface finishes such as titanium sandblasted, titanium stonewashed, and aluminum sandblasted occurring during normal use.

5. Normal wear of consumable parts such as rubber posts, as well as loss of accessories such as the SIM eject tool, pentagonal multi-tool, or blade due to improper storage.

6. Minor scratches and other cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality, resulting from normal use.
